GLOBAL IDEAS · MATEPROFE’S OWN PROGRAMS

Math and physics programs shaped by an international perspective

Our approach draws on selected European and Asian educational ideas within Mateprofe’s own program. Students work on understanding the reasoning, solving problems step by step, connecting ideas to real situations, and learning from mistakes. We start with their course, materials, and current understanding.

PRACTICAL BENEFITS

A program that starts with the student.

Start from what you know and what the next topic requires.

01 / UNDERSTAND

Understand

Explain the reasoning before memorizing a procedure.

02 / SOLVE

Solve

Break a problem into steps and choose a strategy.

03 / CONNECT

Connect

Link numbers, graphs, models, and real-life situations.

04 / REFLECT

Reflect

Spot mistakes and improve study strategies.

SELECTED REFERENCES

Ideas from Europe and Asia, thoughtfully applied.

England provides references for reasoning, mathematical argument, problem solving, and scientific inquiry. Spain informs competency-based connections among representations and applications. Singapore informs problem solving, metacognition, and conceptual connections. The introductory school-foundation physics program also draws on observation and experimentation associated with Japan.

These are selected references used in Mateprofe’s own programs. They do not represent certification, accreditation, affiliation, or a single European or Asian standard. Lessons are tailored to each student’s course, materials, starting point, and goals. Program labels are not official grade equivalencies between countries.
