How to request deletion of your Mateprofe data
Instructions to request removal of contact information, an account, and reviews held by Mateprofe.
Send a request
Email [email protected] with the subject “Mateprofe data deletion.” You can also start a request on WhatsApp at +52 228 579 3920.
What to include
Provide your name and a way to reply, the email address or phone number you used, and your review display name or link if relevant. Tell us which information you want removed. Do not post passwords or identity documents in public comments.
What happens next
We look for information retained by Mateprofe, including identifiable conversations and comments where applicable. We may verify identity proportionately. Under the process described in our Mexico notice, we respond within 20 business days and, when appropriate, complete cancellation within the following 15 business days; lawful extensions, blocking periods, or exceptions may apply. We will explain the outcome.
Other providers
Conversations and data held by WhatsApp are also handled by that provider. Asking Mateprofe to remove data does not by itself erase information held by WhatsApp.
